Eligibility Criteria

Intermediate with Mathematics /A-Level with Mathematics/ three years Associate Diploma in Electrical / Electronics/IT/Computer Hardware/Telecom from any Institute recognized by the Technical Board.

Scope

Software Engineering (BSSE) is a Bachelors program in cooperation with the department of computer science of Qarshi University.

The discipline of software engineering tries to bridge the gap between industry requirements and the findings of the research. Qarshi University in Software Engineering supports this approach by offering a wide range of courses based on both theoretical and applied research. ,he program consists of basic courses (Computing, Calculus, Software Quality and Management) and elective courses (for example, Distributed Systems, Information Management, Computer Networks, Cluster Technologies, usability)

Objectives

The educational objectives of the Qarshi University Software Engineering Program are to produce graduates who, within four years after graduation, are able to:

A. Be employed in industry, government, or entrepreneurial endeavors to demonstrate professional advancement through significant technical achievements and expanded leadership responsibility;

B. Demonstrate the ability to work effectively as a team member and/or leader in an ever-changing professional environment; and

C. Progress through advanced degree or certificate programs in computing, science, engineering, business, and other professionally related fields.

Career Opportunities

Career opportunities in software engineering are driven by the technologies in many application areas, including automobiles, aviation, data management, telecommunications, food production, factory control, robotics, pharmaceuticals, defense, toys, security, biomedical instrumentation, and sound design, just to name a few. You might opt to design and develop computer games, business applications, operating systems, network control systems, or middleware
