Ms. Anam Amin

Ms. Anam Amin, currently serving as a Lecturer in the Department of Allied Health Sciences at Qarshi University, possesses strong expertise in both academics and clinical nutrition practice. Her professional skills include dietary assessment, medical nutrition therapy, nutritional counseling, and managing clinical OPDs. She has extensive experience working with patients suffering from diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, and other nutrition-related disorders.
Her research interests lie in assessing nutritional status and KAP (Knowledge, Attitude, and Practices) related to health and nutrition within communities. Her research expertise also includes the exploration of bioactive ingredients and the evaluation of their antioxidant potential for health benefits. She has also contributed to public awareness through educational media and nutrition education campaigns.
