Qarshi University has launched a state-of-the-art library, serving as the core for learning methodology in research and development by leveraging cutting edge technology. The library effectively fulfills the expectations of its users, with a team of well qualified and dedicated professionals, supported by additional personnel, ensuring the efficient operation of the facility.
The Qarshi University library assumes a pivotal role as the central hub of academic activities. With a diverse collection of over 22,000 books covering a range of subjects such as Eastern Medicine, courses of Allied Health Sciences, Computer Sciences, Management Sciences, Biotechnology, and Pharm D. The library serves as a comprehensive resource which houses an extensive archive of Tibbi and other subscribed periodicals, meticulously preserving records of publications like the Monthly Qaumi Sehat, the Qarshi Organization’s official organ. Catering to the evolving needs of various stakeholders. It also offers electronic resources, including e-books, e-journals, and research articles. In order to improve accessibility, a digital library has been created, featuring a collection exceeding 14,000 books.
The library extends various services, including circulation, reference, current awareness, interlibrary loan, and selective dissemination of information, enhancing its convenience, accessibility for users. Qarshi University library materials are exclusively organized based on the Dewey Decimal Classification Scheme. Additionally, an Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC) has been implemented for efficient book searches.

The Qarshi University Library plays a crucial role in meeting the academic requirements of the university’s value. To foster a secure and welcoming environment for reading, learning, research, and other library activities, the institution has implemented explicit guidelines and regulations for its users.Users are required to adhere to the specified rules while utilizing the library facilities.
1- The students are advised to keep their “Library Card” while using the library.
2- Keep silent in the library.
3- Drinks and eatables are not allowed in the library.
4- Cell phones should be on silent mode within the library.
5- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the library.
6- Personal belongings are not allowed in the library.
7- Tearing of pages is not allowed.
8- Sleeping and gossiping within the library premises is not allowed.
9- Library furniture cannot be moved from one place to another.
10- Do not use the chairs or tables for placing your feet on.
11- Do not write, underline or mark any book.
12- No library material is to be taken away from the library premises unless issued.
13- After reading, leave books on the table or on the book trolley. Do not shelve the books.
14- Only University’s registered members can borrow the library material.
15- Library members can reserve books in advance.
16- A fine of Rs. 20 per book per day will be charged on overdue books.
17- Clearance certificate from the library is mandatory before leaving the University by the faculty, students and staff.
18- The library shall remain open from 9:00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. on all working days. On Friday the library shall observe a break from 1:00pm to 3:00pm. for Jummah prayer.
19- For any guidance regarding how to use the library, please contact the library staff.
20- Any revisions to the library rules shall be considered and decided upon the Vice Chancellor in consultation with the chief librarian and library committee.

At QU we provide safe and secure housing for residents from outside Lahore. Residents come from across Pakistan and we try to inculcate a sense of responsibility towards them at our Hostels facility.
Students who come from outside Lahore can apply for hostel space at QU.
Common Rooms are used for activities such as group work, committee meetings, and general relaxation.
It is a room where students can go and spend some time away from the hustle of the university.
The QU cafeterias are for the use and enjoyment of all members of the campus community. The Cafeteria provides fresh meals prepared according to hygienic rules.
It is a place where students enjoy their favorite meals and have social interactions with fellow students. To ensure quality and hygiene of the food, a Canteen Committee looks after the menu selection and quality of service.
