Welcome to the Faculty of Sciences! as the Chairperson-Department of Life Sciences at Qarshi University, I am enthusiastic about contributing to the advancement of education. Our department is dedicated to providing high-caliber, research-driven biotechnology-related education that prepares students for real-world challenges in life sciences. As a forward-thinking University, we take pride in offering five industry-focused BS degree programs in Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, Food Science & Technology, Microbiology and Biochemistry.
Our distinguished PhD faculty, specialized in molecular genetics & bioinformatics, health biotechnology, cell & tissue culture, recombinant DNA technology and forensic sciences mentor students across various domains for their final-year capstone projects. These disciplines bear indigenous and global significance in the diagnostic laboratory, healthcare, pharmaceutical, food industry, agriculture, livestock and waste management sectors.
