Welcome to the Faculty of Sciences! as the Chairperson-Department of Life Sciences at Qarshi University, I am enthusiastic about contributing to the advancement of education. Our department is dedicated to providing high-caliber, research-driven biotechnology-related education that prepares students for real-world challenges in life sciences. As a forward-thinking University, we take pride in offering five industry-focused BS degree programs in Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, Food Science & Technology, Microbiology and Biochemistry.
Our distinguished PhD faculty, specialized in molecular genetics & bioinformatics, health biotechnology, cell & tissue culture, recombinant DNA technology and forensic sciences mentor students across various domains for their final-year capstone projects. These disciplines bear indigenous and global significance in the diagnostic laboratory, healthcare, pharmaceutical, food industry, agriculture, livestock and waste management sectors.

Welcome to the Faculty of Arts and Humanities. It is a privilege to lead the Department of English Language & Literature at Qarshi University. As a newly established department, we have the opportunity to build an academic environment that is inclusive, intellectually rigorous, and responsive to the demands of the AI era.
Our vision is to develop students who can think critically, analyse language and literature, solve problems, and use AI and emerging technologies responsibly. We seek to connect the enduring value of the humanities with the skills required in a rapidly evolving world of work.
English provides our students with access to global academic and professional opportunities. At the same time, we recognize the equal intellectual and cultural value of all languages. Linguistic knowledge can contribute to translation, language documentation, preservation of endangered languages, and other areas where human expertise remains essential alongside technology.
