Review of Institutional Performance and Enhancement (RIPE) Committee Meeting on Institutional Performance Evaluation Report (IPER) - 04 August 2026

The Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC), Qarshi University, organized a Review of Institutional Performance and Enhancement (RIPE) Committee Meeting on Tuesday, 04 August 2026, at 09:00 AM in the Boardroom, Qarshi University, Lahore, to review the Institutional Performance Evaluation Report (IPER) and its supporting evidence in accordance with the Higher Education Commission (HEC) Institutional Performance Evaluation Framework. The meeting was chaired by Dr. Arab ul Mateen, Director QEC, and attended by Prof. Dr. Humayun Iqbal Khan, Dr. Rizwan Asif, Mr. Ahsan Zubair, Dr. Shehla Umbreen, and Dr. Sibgha Noureen. During the session, the Committee reviewed institutional performance across key areas, including governance, strategic planning, academic programs, research and innovation, faculty development, student support services, infrastructure, institutional policies, stakeholder engagement, and quality assurance. Members evaluated the supporting evidence, identified institutional strengths and areas requiring improvement, and discussed measures to enhance documentation, evidence mapping, policy implementation, and stakeholder participation. The meeting concluded with a consolidated set of observations and recommendations that will guide the University’s quality enhancement initiatives and future action plans, reaffirming Qarshi University’s commitment to academic excellence, institutional effectiveness, and a culture of continuous quality improvement in line with HEC quality assurance standards.
