Dr. Naila Ashraf is currently serving as a Lecturer at Qarshi University, holding an M.Phil. degree in Pharmacognosy.
Ms. Naila Ashraf obtained her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Akhtar Saeed College of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Lahore. Her M.Phil. in Pharmacognosy is from the University of Lahore. Her hard work and enthusiasm during her research work earned her the first position in her M.Phil. studies, for which she was awarded a gold medal.
She served for more than three years as a lecturer and program coordinator at Khaldunia College of Pharmacy, Lahore. She was a recipient of the Certificate of Appreciation at Khaldunia College of Pharmacy, owing to her dedication and contributions to the institute.
Her research interests include bioactivity screening of natural products, structural elucidation of their chemical constituents and studying how structural modifications to the pharmacophore alter the interactions of the secondary metabolites at molecular levels inside the body.
With a strong fervor for teaching, she always strives to make learning easy and exciting. She strives to utilize her knowledge and zeal for imparting knowledge in creating a learning environment that instills inquisitiveness and eagerness in students.
