Dr. Rizwan Khalid

Assistant Professor, Faculty of management and social sciences

Rizwan Khalid, an accomplished researcher from Lahore, Pakistan, is proficient in finance and economics with a strong background in higher education. He holds a Ph.D. in Management (Finance) from the Lahore University of Management Sciences, where his dissertation focused on the determinants of stock market growth and crashes. A CFA Level III candidate, Rizwan also possesses an MBA in Accounting and Finance, and a BBA Hons. in Management from the National College of Business Administration and Economics.

Currently an Assistant Professor at Qarshi University, Rizwan has previously served as a Research Associate/Instructor at Information Technology University and a General Banking Officer at MCB Bank.

His research contributions include several publications in esteemed journals like the International Journal of Finance and Economics and the Review of Financial Economics. Rizwan has presented at notable conferences and attended numerous professional workshops.
