Ms. Sidra Khadim is an accomplished academic and dedicated nursing professional, currently
serving as an Associate Professor at the School of Nursing, Faculty of Allied Health Sciences,
Qarshi University. With a strong academic foundation and a passion for excellence in healthcare
education, she is committed to preparing future nurses to meet the dynamic demands of the
profession.
As a PhD Scholar, holding a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and a Generic Bachelor of
Science in Nursing (BSN), Ms. Khadim brings a wealth of knowledge, clinical expertise, and
research-oriented insight to her role. Her teaching philosophy emphasizes evidence-based
practice, critical thinking, and compassionate patient care.
She is deeply devoted to fostering a culture of professionalism, ethical practice, and lifelong
learning among her students. Through her leadership and academic contributions, Ms. Khadim
continues to play a pivotal role in advancing nursing education and strengthening the healthcare
workforce at both national and global levels.
