Prof. Dr. Ghulam Jilany Khan is a distinguished academician, pharmacologist, and senior institutional administrator with nearly two decades of national and international experience in higher education, translational research, and academic governance.

An HEC Approved Ph.D. Supervisor and International Ph.D. Thesis Evaluator, Dr. Khan’s career bridges high impact biomedical research with modern academic administration. His prior leadership roles include serving as Associate Professor and Head of the Pharmacology Section, Ambassador for Internationalization (China Chapter, CSC), Founding member and Associate Editor of the Journal of Science and Technology.

Dr. Khan’s leadership vision centers on institutionalizing quality through sustainable, transparent systems that outlast individual tenures. He is dedicated to embedding Outcome Based Education, expanding research capacity, fostering industry academia collaborations, and building a student centric learning environment focused on global competitiveness via ethical, honest and dignified practice
